She is a Chartered Accountant and financial professional with over 7 years’ work experience spanning across different sector. She started her career in 2011 as an account officer with Megatech Engineering Nigeria Limited, where she was introduced to the practical application of accounting as it relates to Construction Company. Later moved to Stanbic Ibtc Pension Managers in 2012, where she functioned as a Fund accountant with respect to pension funds of various organization. In Nov 2016, she joined UBN Property Co. Plc and have leveraged her accounting expertise and experience in effectively handling the company’s finances and reports.

Elizabeth Okiye

Human Resources Manager

Elizabeth Okiye was appointed Head of Human Resources, UBN Property in September 2017. She is a graduate of Information Technology at Ladoke Akintola University, Oyo State. She is a Trained Career Coach, She is a certified and licensed Human Resources Professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria; a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Institute of Human Resources Certification Institute USA . A member of HR.Com. Current role responsibility include Strategic Planning, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, and Process Automation and to provide Thought – Partnership focused on driving the Human Capital Agenda of the organization. She is an experienced, HR Business Partner with about 15 years’ experience She has competencies in Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Behavior, Performance Management, Manpower Planning, Organizational Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Learning and Development, Culture Transformation and Project Management amongst other strategic functions She is deep on upholding the tenets of best practice, driven by an uncompromising commitment to excellence and professionalism while leveraging on strategic deep understanding of Racial, Cultural, and Religious Diversities Her strength is on Leadership Skills, Mentoring, Coaching, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Team player and Active Listening. Engr.Ogunleye Olamijide Oluremi

Mechanical and Electrical Manager

He is an Assistant Manager with UBN Property Company Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.sc) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ibadan. He started his career as an Assistant Project Engineer in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Power Fields Consulting in 2005, he was involved in the design and supervision of various projects ranging from corporate to residential development, amongst which are renovation of burnt NNPC Milliner Complex Ikoyi, Intercontinental Bank Plc Branches, Aloe Vera Court, Mende etc; he rose to the rank of Senior Project Engineer before he joined UBN Property Company Plc as a Project Engineer. He is a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Registered Engineer with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN). He had attended workshop training on Project Management, Safety and Maintenance of Lifts and elevators.

Shiweobi Fabian Ikechukwu

Quantity Surveyor Manager

He is a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. He studied Quantity Surveying at Enugu State University of Technology where he obtained Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in 1990. He also studied Project Management at the University of Lagos and obtained Masters Degree in 2007. He has worked as a quantity surveyor for close to 25 years. He worked for Franklin+Andrews Nigeria and Aspin International as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. He was also a Resident Quantity Surveyor with MTN Nigeria Communication Limited 2005 to 2009. He is an associate member of Nigeria institute of Quantity Surveyors, an associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management and an associate member of Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators. He joined UBN Property Company Plc in 2009 as a Deputy Manager. He is the Head of the Quantity Surveying Unit.
