• Cooperative is a type of numerous ownership whereby the residents of a multi-unit housing composite own shares in the cooperative community, that also owns the property. This gives each occupant the right to occupy a precise apartment or unit.
• Semi Detached dwellings are: Duplex which is a Two units with one communal wall.
• Detached dwellings are Detached House or Single Family Detached House
